Discs & Dice is looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Retail Store Manager to lead our team! We are looking for someone with previous management experience, a passion for amazing customer service, and the desire to create a warm and welcoming experience, if this is you, we’d Love to meet you.

At Discs & Dice, no two days are the same. One minute you're helping a customer build the perfect disc golf bag, the next you're talking strategy for the latest Magic: The Gathering set or helping someone find that missing Pokémon card for their collection.

What You'll Do

• Lead and motivate an energetic retail team.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Oversee daily store operations, merchandising, and inventory.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and engaging shopping environment.
• Assist customers with product knowledge across our wide variety of hobbies and collectibles.
• Help drive sales while building lasting relationships with our gaming and disc golf community.
• Additional duties as assigned.

We're Looking for Someone Who

• Has previous retail leadership or management experience.
• Enjoys working with people and providing exceptional customer service.
• Is dependable, organized, and self-motivated.
• Has retail & cash handling skills.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
