Come help us support Store and Customers to create an excellent Retail Experience. Retail store responsibilities will include general customer service, including learning product knowledge, contribute to a high energy, fast paced environment that provides Guests with an entertaining, fun, and dynamic experience. Ensuring our customers have a fun and enjoyable shopping experience, while consistently treating all Guests, Cast Members with respect, and contributes to a positive work environment
Key Holder: In the absence of any other management, they may open and close the store and are responsible at that point for ensuring that the store runs smoothy and Delivering sales through friendly and efficient customer service.
Performs cash wrap and POS duties in an efficient and timely manner while maintaining an elevated level of Guest Service
operational tasks based on the needs of the business
Upholds all company policies
Promotes and maintains a safe working and shopping environment
Retail/Service experience preferred and ability to demonstrate strong Guest-focused engagement on and off the sales floor
Demonstrated success working as a member of a team
Ability to receive feedback and take action when appropriate
Must maintain a professional appearance and meet Store grooming guidelines
Freight and shelf filling duties are done both during and after shop hours.
