1. Sponsor
This promotion is sponsored by Lincoln City Outlets, located at 1500 SE East Devils Lake Rd, Lincoln City, OR 97367 (“Sponsor”). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Lincoln City Outlets, its tenants, affiliates, advertising or promotional agencies, and immediate family members of these employees are not eligible to enter.
3. Promotion Period
The Giveaway runs for 12 consecutive days, beginning December 1, 2025 and ending December 12, 2025. Each “Day” is considered a separate giveaway with its own prize and winner. Daily entry periods begin at the time the Day’s post is published and end at 11:59 PM PST on the same day.
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:
- Visit the Lincoln City Outlets Facebook page.
- Locate the daily giveaway post.
- Comment on the post according to the prompt provided for that day.
Only one comment/entry per person per day will be counted. Comments must follow Facebook’s Community Guidelines. No likes, shares, tags, or purchases are required to enter or win.
5. Prizes
Each day features a different prize provided by the Sponsor and participating stores. A detailed list of prizes is available within each daily giveaway post. Prizes are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be substituted except by Sponsor’s discretion.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
One winner will be randomly selected from eligible entries each day. Winners will be contacted via Facebook direct message from the official Lincoln City Outlets page and announced in the comments when applicable. Winners must respond within 72 hours to claim their prize. If no response is received, Sponsor may select an alternate winner. Prizes must be picked up at Lincoln City Outlets Customer Services unless otherwise noted.
7. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to:
- Allow Sponsor to use their name and comment for promotional purposes.
- Release Sponsor and Facebook from any liability arising from participation in the promotion or prize use.
- Acknowledge that Facebook is not responsible for the Giveaway in any capacity.
Sponsor reserves the right to remove entries or disqualify participants for inappropriate, offensive, or spam content.

Sponsor is not responsible for:
- Lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries
